A flat $180 for one hour with a partner, not a junior. You will leave with a clear view of your options and, where possible, a fixed fee for the work ahead.
Do you really work to fixed fees?
For conveyancing, wills and estate planning, yes, always in writing before work starts. Litigation and disputes are harder to price up front, so those are quoted stage by stage instead.
How long does conveyancing take?
A standard residential purchase or sale in New South Wales usually settles in four to six weeks from contract exchange. We flag anything in your contract likely to slow that down at the first review.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. Most matters can run entirely by phone and email, and documents can be signed electronically. Come in if you would rather talk face to face, we are at Level 4, 91 Phillip Street, Parramatta.
I have been served with something urgent, what do I do?
Call us straight away on 02 9000 0000. Court documents and formal notices usually carry strict deadlines, and acting in the first day or two matters more than almost anything else.
Do you do legal aid work?
We do not hold a legal aid panel contract, but we offer a flat-fee first consultation and can point you toward the right legal aid or community legal centre if that is a better fit for your matter.
